A founder's office role for someone who can turn ideas, offers, media performance, tech work and partnerships into clear execution.

What you will own

  • Translate business priorities into operating plans and measurable initiatives.
  • Coordinate media buying, technology, creative, analytics and external partners.
  • Research new verticals, unit economics, market entry and growth opportunities.
  • Create reporting rhythms, decision documents and high-accountability execution.
  • Use AI tools intelligently to improve speed and depth of business operations.

Partnerships

Business Development & Partnership Manager

Global travel

A relationship builder who can travel, meet advertisers and partners abroad, manage follow-ups and turn conversations into real business.

What you will own

  • Source and manage advertiser, publisher, call buyer, aggregator and technology partnerships.
  • Attend relevant international conferences and conduct in-person partner meetings.
  • Own outreach, qualification, negotiation, follow-through and partner health.
  • Work with operations and tech teams on integrations, postbacks and reporting needs.
  • Identify global expansion pathways in lead gen, arbitrage, iGaming, H5 and apps.
